SpeedoBoard.com Contest Terms

By entering the SpeedoBoard.com contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The SpeedoBoard.com Contest is open to all Speedo style swimsuit enthusiasts 18 years of age or older.

2. The contest changes often, usually after enough entries have been received for that particular contest. Check back often and be sure to enter the current contest.

3. Prize to be awarded is different for each contest and may include one or more of the following prizes: one Speedo Board logo'ed swimsuit, preferred email address @ SpeedoBoard.com, and more. These swimsuits are various brands, styles, colors, and sizes. Exact suit style, color, and size awarded depends on availability. We will make our best effort to award the size you request, but no guarantees are made.

4. To keep the contest odds fair, only one entry person. Duplicate entries will be deleted.

5. Winners will be notified via email to confirm the delivery arrangements of their SpeedoBoard.com prize. Winners are required to reply to this email within two days to confirm the prize and delivery address. If a winner does not confirm the prize within this amount of time, the prize will be awarded to another entrant.

6. While the prize awarded is free, Winner is responsible for any shipping fee. Winner will receive an email notification at the close of the current contest that includes a PayPal link to pay for the shipping. For example, shipping in the USA is approx $4.45.

7. If you are the winner of the current contest, your SpeedoBoard.com prize may be sent to you via postal mail. You postal address is required for this and to confirm the only one entry per person rule.

8. We ask, but not required, that the winner take a picture of them self, head to toe or just chest and waist area, in their Speedo Board swimsuit and email it to SpeedoBoard.com for inclusion in a Winners Hall of Fame.

9. Some contests are based on knowledge or trivia, others are based on how well the entrant describes the required requirements. Some of your entry comments may appear on SpeedoBoard.com in the future.

10. Decisions of the judges are final.
